Baby update for today
I figured it might be easier to combine both the Bluebird baby and Barn Swallow baby updates into one entry for each day... provided there is an update to be made. Who am I kidding? As long as the babies are around, there will be updates, right?
First off, we'll start with the Bluebirds:
Mama laid her 4th egg in the nest!
You might be wondering what on earth this is... it is the barn swallow nest! Remember they had 6 eggs in the nest as of last night? Well, as of this evening at 7pm, all but one egg has hatched. You can see the egg up at the top in the photo. The rest of the babies are all curled under the feathers in the nest.
